Orders possessed by the United States Postal Service cannot be retrieved or altered in any way by Explicitly Yours™. Explicitly Yours™ ships FOB Sherman Oaks, California. This means that once the United States Postal Service has possession of your package, our responsibility and liability for your order ceases.
