• Order hexagonal pencils in a single color or assorted colors so long as
  one lettering color works on all pencils in a dozen.
• Production time is typically 1-4 days; orders with more than two fonts may take longer to ship.
  

• One identical text line, printed once.
• One metallic print color.
• One font per dozen. Fonts are displayed following the link above entitled Fonts.
• There must be at least three letters in the text.
• Text length depends on the selected font, but generally each text line up to 32 characters including spaces and punctuation, with M's and W's counting as two characters each.
• Use only punctuation that the website states is available for the selected fonts. Punctuation is listed in the FONTS sections.
• Matte White and matte colored print is exclusively available using the ARIAL - UPPERCASE ONLY font.

Rush Service

• To qualify for Rush Service, all personalized items in the shopping cart must pay for rush service and the order must be error free.
• Rush Service is not available on orders with more than two different fonts or dozens with three lines of text.

Errors To Avoid

• Submit text that matches the upper or lowercase capability of the selected font
• Only use punctuation that is available for the selected font
• Have strong contrast between the pencil & lettering colors
• Check your email within 24 hours of placing the order in case errors are found that need correction prior to printing.
